In this terms and conditions: The Buyer means the person, firm, company or other organization who or which has ordered Products from the Company; The Company means Karakoli K. Orfanos I. GP, a Greek corporation existing under the laws of Greece. The contract means any contract for the sale and purchase of Products between the Company and the Buyer being any quotation of the Company which is accepted by the Buyer or any order of the Buyer’s which is accepted by the Company first occurs. The Goods means all items supplied by the Company and the Products means any Goods agreed to be supplied by the company.
These Terms and Conditions shall be incorporated into each Contract and shall govern each contract to the exclusion of any conditions of the Buyer. These Terms and Conditions may not be varied or waived except with the express written agreement of the Company. The failure of the Company to enforce its rights under the Contract at any time for any period of time, shall not be construed as a waiver of any such rights.
Description of service
The Company offers complete services in order for the Buyers to acquire its Products. These services include purchase through BarEquip , orders through e-mail, fax or telephone, several different options in payment methods, complete and safe packaging of the Products, door to door delivery service and receipt or invoice to accompany each order.
The price of every Product in the website, includes VAT tax 24% but does not include shipment expenses. All visitors of our website can check the prices in BarEquip and select their preferable method of shipment or payment. A document where you can check all charges in detail, such as a receipt or an invoice, always accompanies your purchase. The Company shall not be liable in respect of the non-performance of any of its obligations to the extend such performance is prevented by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, lock outs, loss, delay in shipments, fire, flood, explosion, natural catastrophe, military operations, blockade, sabotage, revolution, riot, computer or other equipment failure and inability to obtain equipment. Nevertheless, we always remain on your disposal to assist you in resolving any issue that may occur with your order.
Within 24 hours of your online order, you will receive through e-mail a status update that will confirm that your order is being processed. After the Buyer receives the confirmation e-mail, his order is considered binding by the Company. Every order will be confirmed either by e-mail, fax or sms. We urge you to print this page and keep it as an informal document, until you receive your order with the receipt or the invoice issued for your purchase. On the receipt or the invoice, you will find in detail all the charges of your purchase as well with the expenses and taxes that may be mandatory, according to the Greek law. The Company bears responsibility for the appropriate packaging of the Products that you have purchased. Each Product is packed according to its particularity. Packaging includes cushioning, boxing, double sealing and labeling, in order to ensure the highest protection of your purchases. In the unlikely event there is a short delivery or defects reasonably discoverable in careful examination, the buyer has the right to not accept the delivery of the order and shall notify the company immediately after, in www.barequip.gr contact numbers: +00302104100995, +00302160009898. The company will use all reasonable endeavors to avoid delay in delivery on the notified delivery dates. Failure to deliver by the specific date will not be a sufficient cause of order cancellation nor will the company be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or economic loss due to delay in delivery. The buyer shall notify the company within three (3) working days, in writing, of any defects reasonably discoverable on careful examination. The company’s sole obligation shall be, as its option, to replace or repair any defective products or refund the purchase price of any undelivered products.
The Company will select the method of shipment and the carrier to be used. Unless otherwise agreed, shipment will be F.O.B. (Incoterms 2016) Company’s shipping point. The Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Products following delivery to the carrier. Damaged items cannot be return without authorization. Delivery can be expected between 1 – 3 working days from the date that you receive your confirmation e-mail. Unless the selected method of payment is cash on delivery, payment in full shall be made to the Company in the currency invoiced, in order to deliver the shipment to the carrier. The total amount to be paid for shipment varies according to the freights volume, to its weight and to the destination to be sent (“Remote” areas, border islands, destinations abroad etc.),

With respect to certain Products, use restrictions are a condition to the purchase which Buyer must satisfy by strictly abiding by the restriction as set forth in the Company’s website and/or on the Product and accompanying documentation. In no event shall Products be used in medical or clinical applications, unless otherwise expressly stated by the Company and Buyer is solely liable to ensure compliance with any regulatory requirements related to the Buyer’s use of Products. Any warranty granted by the Company to the Buyer shall be deemed void if any goods covered by such warranty are used for any purpose not permitted hereunder. In addition, the Buyer shall hold the Company harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses and other liability of whatever nature that Company suffers or incurs by reason of any such unintended use. Visitors of our website are allowed to download a copy of part or the whole content of the website, only for personal use. The content shall not be used for commercial purposes and shall not be modified in any way.
